Indications
Routine through age 26 if not completed; ages 27–45 shared clinical decision-making (CDC).
Doses
- Dose 1: 9–14 years
- Dose 2: 6 months after dose 1 (2-dose schedule)
Contraindications
- Anaphylaxis to previous dose or yeast (product-specific)
